Chapter 444 — Special Medical Services for Children

ORS 444.050 Children not treated if parents object

In carrying out ORS 444.010 to 444.040, no state official, agent or representative shall take charge of any child over the objection of either of the parents of such child, or of the person standing in loco parentis to such child.
