Chapter 450 — Sanitary Districts and Authorities; Water Authorities

ORS 450.897 Bancroft Bonding Act applicable

Sanitary authorities organized under ORS chapter 450 that are in existence on November 1, 1981, or thereafter, are authorized to use the bonding provisions of ORS 223.205 to 223.316.

Note: 450.897 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 450 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
