Chapter 452 — Vector Control

ORS 452.090 Filling vacancies; removal

(1)

A vacancy in an office of district trustee shall be filled by appointment by the county court. The appointee shall serve the balance of the unexpired term.

(2)

The county court may remove any district trustee from office for cause.
