Chapter 459 — Solid Waste Management

ORS 459.474 Prohibition on sale of foodware containers containing perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substances

A person may not sell, offer for sale, or distribute in or into this state a foodware container containing intentionally added perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substances.
