Chapter 459A — Reuse and Recycling

ORS 459A.775 “State agency” defined

As used in ORS 459A.775 to 459A.785, “state agency” means any state officer, department, board, commission or court created by the Constitution or statutes of this state, including the Legislative Assembly, its committees, officers and employees.

Note: 459A.775 to 459A.785 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 459A or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
