Chapter 466 — Hazardous Waste and Hazardous Materials II

ORS 466.153 Exemption from state or local laws for sale or deeding of land

The requirements of ORS chapters 92, 195, 197 and 197A and other state and local laws for the sale or deeding of land do not apply to:

(1)

Any portion of a hazardous waste disposal site deeded to the state as a condition of issuance of a hazardous waste disposal site license under ORS 466.150 (1) (1985 Replacement Part) that the state deeds back to the licensee.

(2)

Any real property deeded to the state as a condition of issuance of a PCB disposal facility license under ORS 466.320 (1) (1985 Replacement Part) that the state deeds back to the licensee.
