Chapter 468A — Air Quality

ORS 468A.833 Grants, contracts and agreements for community responses to wildfire smoke

The Department of Environmental Quality shall establish a program for supporting local communities through

intergovernmental agreements, grants, contracts or cooperative agreements to develop and implement community response plans to enhance the communities’ readiness and mitigation capacity for smoke.
