Chapter 469B — Energy Incentives; Tax Credits; Grants

ORS 469B.341 Suspension or revocation of certificate or portion of certificate

The Director of the State Department of Energy may order the suspension or revocation of a certificate or a portion of a certificate issued under ORS 469B.332, as provided in ORS 315.061, for the reasons set forth in ORS 315.061 or if the director finds that:

(1)

The holder of the certificate or the operator of the transportation project has failed to acquire or perform the project in compliance with the plans, specifications and contract terms in the certificate; or

(2)

The project is no longer in operation.
