Chapter 470 — Small Scale Local Energy Projects

ORS 470.130 Appropriation of Small Scale Local Energy Project Loan Fund

All moneys in the Small Scale Local Energy Project Loan Fund created by Article XI-J of the Oregon Constitution are appropriated continuously to the State Department of Energy and shall be used for the purposes authorized under this chapter.
