Chapter 478 — Rural Fire Protection Districts

ORS 478.215 Position numbers for director election

(1)

Each office of director shall be designated by number as Position No. 1, Position No. 2 and so forth.

(2)

The secretary of a district shall assign a position number to each office on the board. The number so assigned shall be certified by the secretary to the director in office holding that position. A copy of the certification shall be filed in the records of the elections officer for the district.
