Chapter 496 — Application, Administration and Enforcement of Wildlife Laws

ORS 496.465 Interference with project prohibited

Except for activities or projects authorized by a unit of municipal, state or federal government, no person shall disturb, damage, destroy or interfere with the operation of a salmon and trout enhancement project referred to in ORS 496.450.
