Chapter 52 — Civil Actions; Small Claims

ORS 52.440 Accounting for and disposition of trial fee

In a justice court, the trial fee is paid to the justice. The justice shall keep an account of such fees, and by whom paid, and distribute the amount among the jury in the particular case, in partial payment of their legal fees.
