Chapter 523 — Geothermal Heating Districts

ORS 523.240 Means of constructing improvement

The board of a geothermal heating district may provide in the improvement resolution that the construction work will be done in whole, or in part, by the district, by a contract or by any other public body as defined in ORS 174.109, or by any combination thereof.
