Chapter 526 — Forestry Administration

ORS 526.276 Reporting on Good Neighbor Authority Agreement projects

The State Forestry Department shall report outcomes from all projects pursued in this state under the Good Neighbor Authority Agreement described in ORS 526.275. No later than December 31 of every even-numbered year, the department shall submit the report, in the manner provided by ORS 192.245, to an interim committee of the Legislative Assembly relating to economic development.

Note: 526.276 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 526 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
