Chapter 526 — Forestry Administration

ORS 526.750 Recording of notice; fee

The recording officer of the county shall record the notices made under ORS 526.745. The record shall be indexed in the same manner as

the record of deeds and mortgages. The recording officer shall charge and collect from the Forest Resource Trust, for the benefit of the county, the fee established in ORS 205.320.
