Chapter 532 — Branding of Forest Products and Booming Equipment

ORS 532.990 Penalties

(1)

Violation of any of the provisions of ORS 532.130 is a Class B misdemeanor.

(2)

Violation of any of the provisions of ORS 532.140 is a Class C felony.
