Chapter 540 — Distribution and Storage of Water; Watermasters; Water Right Changes, Transfers an

ORS 540.030 Water Resources Director; duties regarding water distribution

The Water Resources Director shall:

(1)

Have general control over the watermasters.

(2)

Execute the laws relative to the distribution of water and perform other functions as may be assigned to the director.
