Chapter 552 — Water Improvement Districts

ORS 552.433 Chief engineer of district to superintend work

If the district has a chief engineer, the chief engineer shall be superintendent of all the works and improvements and shall, whenever required, and at least once each year, make a full report to the district board of all work done and improvements. The chief engineer shall make such suggestions and recommendations to the board as the chief engineer considers proper.
