Chapter 558 — Weather Modification

ORS 558.100 Proof of publication

Proof of publication shall be filed by the applicant with the State Department of Agriculture at the time of the hearing. Proof of publication shall be by copy of the notice as published, attached to and made a part of the affidavit of the publisher or foreman of the newspaper publishing the notice.
