Chapter 58 — Professional Corporations

ORS 58.345 Registration and renewal with professional licensing agency; fees; rules

The regulatory board by rule or regulation may require that professional corporations register with it and may establish a fee, with the approval of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, for the registration and renewal thereof.
