ORS 60.721 Registered office and registered agent of foreign corporation

Each foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state must continuously maintain in this state:

A registered office that may be, but need not be, the same as any of its places of business; and

A registered agent who may be:

An individual who resides in this state and whose business office is identical to the registered office;

A domestic corporation, domestic limited liability company, domestic professional corporation or domestic nonprofit corporation whose business office is identical to the registered office; or

A foreign corporation, foreign limited liability company, foreign professional corporation or foreign nonprofit corporation authorized to transact business in this state whose business office is identical to the registered office.
