Chapter 603 — Meat Sellers and Slaughterers

ORS 603.055 Equipment and facilities requirements

Each establishment, other than those subject to ORS 603.045, shall maintain and only utilize an establishment and equipment in accordance with rules promulgated by the State Department of Agriculture.
