Chapter 625 — Bakeries and Bakery Products

ORS 625.215 Prohibited bakery products

A person may not manufacture, bake, sell or offer for sale bread, rolls or buns for human consumption unless the bread, rolls or buns:

(1)

Are enriched; or

(2)

Are made only with whole grain flours.
