Chapter 632 — Production, Grading and Labeling Standards for

ORS 632.756 Maintenance of facilities and equipment; standards

The plant facilities and equipment utilized in processing eggs or egg products shall be constructed, maintained and utilized in accordance with the rules promulgated under the federal Act or promulgated by the State Department of Agriculture.
