Chapter 634 — Pesticide Control

ORS 634.032 When pesticide is misbranded

Pesticides shall be deemed misbranded if:

(1)

The package or container of such materials bears any false or misleading statement.

(2)

The container or package of such materials is not labeled as required by ORS 634.026.
