Chapter 646 — Trade Practices and Antitrust Regulation
ORS 646.947 Prohibited activities
Notwithstanding any other provision of ORS 646.947 to 646.963, it is unlawful for:
A dealer to sell or offer for sale any motor vehicle fuel using procedures that violate any rule or standard adopted pursuant to ORS 646.957.
A dealer to sell or offer for sale any gasoline from a dispensing device that does not have a sign displayed, on both sides of the device, that accurately identifies the octane rating of the gasoline being dispensed from that device pursuant to ORS 646.949.
A wholesale dealer to deliver gasoline to a retail dealer or nonretail dealer without giving to the retail dealer or nonretail dealer octane rating certification documentation for the gasoline being delivered.
