Chapter 654 — Occupational Safety and Health

ORS 654.165 Employees not required to work bare-handed or rubber-gloved on high voltage lines

No employer shall require an employee to perform bare-handed or rubber-gloved work on a live electrical line with a voltage of 5,000 volts or greater.
