Chapter 675 — Psychologists; Occupational Therapists; Certified Sexual Offense Therapists; Regulated Social Workers; Licensed Professional Counselors and Marriage and Family Therapists

ORS 675.115 How fees determined

Subject to prior approval of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, the fees and charges established under ORS 675.110 shall not exceed the cost of administering the regulatory program of the Oregon Board of Psychology pertaining to the purpose for which the fee or charge is established, as authorized by the Legislative Assembly within the board’s budget, as the budget may be modified by the Emergency Board.
