Chapter 680 — Dental Hygienists; Denturists

ORS 680.990 Criminal penalties

(1)

Violation of any of the provisions of ORS 680.010 to 680.205 is a Class C misdemeanor.

(2)

Violation of any provision of ORS 680.505 and 743A.028 is a Class B misdemeanor.
