ORS 681.730 Rules

The Health Licensing Office shall adopt rules to:

Establish a process for issuance of licenses to practice music therapy;

Establish licensure fees;

Determine qualifications for applicants for initial licensure, licensure renewal and licensure by reciprocity;

Approve:

The Certification Board for Music Therapists examination;

The certification issued by the Certification Board for Music Therapists; and

The professional designations issued by the National Music Therapy Registry;

Develop and maintain a publicly available record of music therapists; and

Establish standards of practice and professional responsibility for music therapists.
