Chapter 683 — Optometrists; Opticians

ORS 683.070 Issuance of certificates of licensure; fee

Each applicant, without discrimination, who meets the requirements for examination and licensure and who pays the fee shall be issued a certificate of licensure. The certificate of licensure shall continue in force for the period established by the Oregon Board of Optometry.
