Chapter 687 — Massage Therapists; Direct Entry Midwives

ORS 687.086 License and permit denial procedure; review of rules and board orders

(1)

If the State Board of Massage Therapists proposes to impose any of the sanctions authorized in ORS 687.081 or take other disciplinary action, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183. Hearings under this section must be conducted by an administrative law judge assigned from the Office of Administrative Hearings established by ORS 183.605.

(2)

Promulgation of rules, conduct of hearings, issuance of orders and judicial review of rules and orders shall be as provided in ORS chapter 183.
