Chapter 693 — Plumbers

ORS 693.111 Solar heating and cooling system installers; rules; fees

The State Plumbing Board, by rule, shall establish a solar heating and cooling system installer license. The board may impose appropriate fees for applications, examinations and issuance or renewal of an installer license.

Note: 693.111 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 693 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
