Chapter 700 — Environmental Health Specialists; Waste Water Specialists

ORS 700.995 Criminal penalty

Violation of ORS 700.020 is a Class B misdemeanor.

Note: 700.995 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 700 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
