ORS 703.440 Licensing reciprocity

The Department of Public Safety Standards and Training may enter into a reciprocal agreement with the appropriate official of any other state to allow an investigator licensed in the other state to operate in Oregon if the department determines that the requirements for licensure in that state are substantially similar to the requirements under Oregon law.
