Chapter 705 — Department of Consumer and Business Services

ORS 705.610 Appointment of financial institution examiners

The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall appoint examiners to conduct, as required by law, all examinations of entities subject to ORS chapters 706 to 725.
