Chapter 708A — Regulation of Institutions Generally

ORS 708A.405 Deposits; FDIC insurance required

Oregon commercial banks shall secure insurance for their deposits from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or a similar organization organized under the laws of the United States.
