Chapter 723 — Credit Unions

ORS 723.812 Actions; assistance

The Attorney General shall conduct all actions begun by the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services under authority of the Oregon Credit Union Act, and may require the assistance of the district attorney of the district in which the action is conducted.
