Chapter 726 — Pawnbrokers

ORS 726.020 Short title; application of chapter

This chapter shall be known as the Pawnbrokers Act. It is applicable to any person who qualifies under its provisions, and to such other person as shall by violating any of its provisions be subject to the penalties provided in ORS 726.990.
