Chapter 731 — Administration and General Provisions

ORS 731.066 “Authorized,” “unauthorized” insurer

(1)

An “authorized” insurer is one authorized by a subsisting certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state.

(2)

An “unauthorized” insurer is one not so authorized.
