Chapter 731 — Administration and General Provisions

ORS 731.075 “Covered life.”

“Covered life” means a subscriber, policyholder, certificate holder, spouse, dependent child or any other individual insured under an insurance policy or whose benefits are administered by a third party administrator licensed under ORS 744.702.

Note: 731.075 was added to and made a part of the Insurance Code by legislative action but was not added to ORS chapter 731 or any series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
