ORS 743B.110 Implementation of federal laws; rules

The Department of Consumer and Business Services may adopt rules incorporating, implementing and administering the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-191), the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (P.L. 111-148) as amended by the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act (P.L. 111-152) and federal regulations that are issued in conjunction with the Acts.
