Chapter 748 — Fraternal Benefit Societies

ORS 748.181 Insurance producers; licensing

Insurance producers of societies shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of ORS chapter 744 regulating the licensing, revocation, suspension or termination of license of resident and nonresident insurance producers.
