Chapter 756 — Public Utility Commission

ORS 756.575 Notice of acceptance of terms of orders

The Public Utility Commission may provide by rule that any public utility or telecommunications utility affected by any order shall within a time to be fixed by the commission, notify the commission whether the terms of the order are accepted and will be obeyed.
