Chapter 776 — Maritime Pilots and Pilotage

ORS 776.445 Liability of certain persons for licensee’s compensation

In addition to the lien of the licensee upon the vessel for any sum due for piloting, the master, owner and consignee or agent are jointly and severally liable to the licensee therefor.
