Chapter 777 — Ports Generally

ORS 777.100 Annual report to legislative committees concerning agreements made under ORS 777.090

Annually, the directors of any agreeing ports and the Director of the Department of State Lands shall report to appropriate legislative committees the nature of all agreements made under ORS 777.090 and accomplishments thereunder.
