Chapter 815 — Vehicle Equipment Generally

ORS 815.097 Providing vehicle with mercury light switch

A person commits the offense of providing a vehicle with a mercury light switch if the person sells or offers for sale in this state a vehicle manufactured after January 1, 2006, that contains a mercury light switch mounted on the hood or trunk.
