Chapter 824 — Railroads

ORS 824.232 Forfeiture for noncompliance

Any company, corporation, person or receiver operating any railroad who neglects to comply with any order made by the Department of Transportation pursuant to ORS 824.228 or 824.230 shall forfeit and pay to the state a penalty of $500 per week for each week of such neglect.
