Chapter 86 — Mortgages; Trust Deeds

ORS 86.250 Service charge prohibited where interest required

No lender requiring a lender’s security protection provision with respect to which interest is required to be paid by the lender under ORS 86.245 shall impose a service charge in connection with such provision.
