Chapter 86A — Mortgage Lending

ORS 86A.169 Disclosure required before closing mortgage loan or mortgage banking loan

Prior to the closing of any mortgage loan or any mortgage banking loan, the mortgage banker or mortgage broker shall supply the borrower with a disclosure as required by the real estate lending provisions of 15 U.S.C. 1601 et seq. and Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. Part 226.
